Workshops

Sketch & Stretch: Relax and Create Art

Sketch & Stretch blends relaxation techniques with creativity all while retaining a level of fun. It’s scientifically proven that meditation, yoga, and breathing, open up creative pathways in your brain. A perfect activity for work teams or retreat activities where connection and bonding in a fun and deeper way are the intent.

Drink and Draw: Blind Contour Art Fun

A perfect art activity and icebreaker for work teams. It’s a great and engaging way for teams to bond and let loose while still relaxing. Plus, it’s encouraged to have your favorite beverages on hand during this experience. Drawing can be more fun when it includes adult beverages, but it is not at all required to have fun. I want everyone to leave with a greater sense of their own natural artistic abilities. Because we are creating tangible pieces of artwork, we can see and appreciate (and usually laugh at) the end results together.

“This experience was awesome for our virtual team offsite. It was fun being silly and learning different techniques for drawing. Would def do this again, highly recommend. Thank you Angela!”
– Cecy, Vans Shoes

“Angela was amazing! She set a jovial, creative, nonjudgmental tone. My team was laughing and coming out of their shells, and truly enjoying the time with pen and paper. Angela was amazing at showing us new skills but also encouraging us to be vulnerable and have fun!”
– Claudia, Amazon

“Our team had such a blast doing this activity with Angela. I know there was some hesitancy to do a drawing activity but everyone absolutely loved it and were proud of their outcomes. Angela packed a whole lot of activity and instruction into the 60 minutes. We came away very happy.”
– Lilly, Microsoft

“Angela’s thoughtful explanation and experience with the basics of contour drawing made for a great experience. Our team really enjoyed the chance to unwind, relax, and express ourselves creatively- Angelas ability to foster a “No mistakes, only happy accidents” environment was deeply appreciated.”
