Being UnScripted allows us to go off the scripts of the past in order to not just adapt to change but to embrace uncertainty and take advantage of change. The UnScripted Mindset is based on the principles of improv and problem solving and participants will laugh as they learn and practice these skills.
Creative Problem Solving
Learn and practice a proven and reliable creative problem solving process that allows you to solve complex problems with innovative results. Participants will be facilitated to solve a real problem while learning the process, skills and tools.

Prior to starting her company, Clean Slate, Jennifer was Vice President of both HR and Marketing for a national retailer and understands the importance of both employee and customer engagement. As a graduate of both Ivey’s Executive MBA program and Second City, Jennifer operates where the business and creative worlds collide. Jennifer is a certified Facilitator and Trainer in Creative Problem Solving and is certified in the Basadur Creative Problem Solving Profile and is a Certified Professional Innovation Advisor.
Jennifer has worked with diverse groups including the Verizon, Deloitte and NASA. She sits on the Board of Directors of Meetings Mean Business Canada representing the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
Jennifer is a contributor to Forbes and is the Author of the upcoming book “UnScripted”. She is excited about her new partnership in Chaos Lab, which produced the Chaos2Clarity research study to understand the impact of the pandemic on the human condition and discovered the secret to well-being is how we embrace uncertainty.
