Popular Talks

“The New TLC: Trauma, Liberation, and Communion”

The leading expert on the intersectionality of trauma, liberation, and communion, Kelly’s signature talk connects the audience to the ways in which their emotional past can hold them back from feeling whole and alive.

The Foundations of High-Conscious Leadership

This TED-style talk explains the four fundamentals of high-conscious leadership—how integrating past trauma, embodying vulnerability, leading with compassion, and lighting the way for others positively impacts triple-bottom-line leadership.

The Power of Self-Awareness in Leadership

We know that the new hallmarks of effective leadership are empathy, vulnerability, and self-awareness, but how are those “achieved” by leaders who are pulled in so many directions? In this fireside chat with Kelly L. Campbell, former CEO and author of HEAL to LEAD, we’ll explore what it means to be a high-conscious leader in a world that demands more of our authenticity as we light the way for others. People leaders will walk away with greater curiosity about the roots of their own style of leadership, a clear understanding of how to develop self-awareness, and feeling empowered to lead others with compassionate intelligence.

What Plant Medicine Can Teach Us About Our Own Capacity

This talk begins with a story about Kelly’s recent healing journey with Ayahuasca in the Peruvian Amazon. What if you were able to live your life without fear, anxiety or a scarcity mindset? How might you approach life, work and play if you fully believed in yourself, your intuition, and your life force energy? If you knew that your capacity to give and receive love from others was limitless, what kind of world might we reimagine and co-create together?

Coaching

Somatic Intimacy Coaching

For women, SA survivors, and queer, trans and nonbinary bodies, Kelly offers somatic intimacy coaching for pleasure reclamation, voice and choice skill-building, trauma integration, and new levels of embodiment.

Trauma-Informed Leadership Coaching

For high-impact, organizational leaders, Kelly delves into areas of personal development, self-actualization, and conscious communication with clients—and helps translate that into sustainable and grounded leadership practices.

Keynotes

The Foundations of Conscious Leadership

Conscious leadership is now expected, but what does it mean, and where do you begin? This TED-style talk covers self-awareness and self-care for leaders, and explains how our own healing journey impacts our ability to lead effectively. If we want to create lasting positive change within our organizations, we must first shed the parts that are blocking our path to caring about all stakeholders and leading consciously.

Trauma Integration is the New Competitive Advantage

There’s been much discourse of late on PTSD and other manifestations of big “T” trauma in the context of our workplaces, with some organizations interested in having entirely trauma-informed leadership teams. But, being trained on how to identify trauma in those we serve (including our employees) and prevent it within our work environments is very different from diving inward ourselves. I posit that integrating our past emotional trauma as leaders—and the positive  impact it will have on our organizations—is the competitive opportunity we are finally ready to unearth.
