Popular Talks

Thriving Workplace Culture

Your culture is literally the air your team breathes while running your marathon. It’s the context in which the work gets done. What is your team inhaling and exhaling? Participants discover first how to address toxic drama, gossip, silos and apathy and then how to create the three core pillars to a thriving workplace culture.

Culture Savvy Leadership

Your team is a reflection of you. You are the force multiplier. Intentional conscious awareness of your influence on your team is the first step. The second is proactively developing the character and competency needed to create an empowering work context for your team. Good news, there’s nothing else to add to your to-do list. Participants will discover a whole new way of being that uplifts and supports their entire team’s success.

Real Deal Team Building

A team divided is a team fallen. “Us vs them” will eat your lunch and it doesn’t matter if it’s inter-departmental discord, territorialism, staff vs. leadership or age bias. Nurturing cohesion of your team is one of the most effective actions you can take for both productivity and the emotional health of your team. Participants walk away with their own experiential learnings on how to create authentic meaningful exchanges within their teams.

Kind, Candid & Constructive Communication

Do people talk about people rather than to people in your organization? Are triangulation, drama and gossip commonplace? Teams discover how to have kind, candid and constructive communication coming from a place of care, concern and curiosity rather than from judgement or assumptions. Instilling the habit of courageous and compassionate communication will create both powerful psychological safety and trust across the team.

“AMAZING! AWESOME! I can’t wait to take this back to my workplace and start implementing! These types of comments were repeated over and over as our attendees filed out of Kris’s closing keynote at the HR Florida Conference & Expo. She even had our 2,700 attendees up and doing the chicken dance! She cleverly mixed valuable insights with interactive experiences. Boesch contributed to making our conference a huge success and was incredibly easy to work with. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a down-to-earth, high-energy keynote speaker who provides innovative and actionable content (and good dancing!).”

“Kris Boesch brought energy and excitement to the Utah Library Association’s Annual Conference. Her ideas and approaches to making the workplace better are innovative and empowering. I’ve already used what I learned to coach 2 of my employees in the few weeks since our conference. We had a diverse group of conference attendees and it’s not always easy to find a speaker who can resonate with everyone. Kris accomplished this and her keynote address was listed the most as the favorite session by our conference attendees.”
– Dan Compton, Director, Summit County Library

“Kris, you ROCKED it! You were the perfect fit as the keynote speaker for our annual AZ Women Leading Government. I’ve even had several attendees go out of their way to tell me you were their favorite speaker! What you shared really impacted our community and how many of them approach their work and their teams. Thank you for your contribution to creating extraordinary workplace cultures – and not just in the private sector, but in the public sector as well. Your message is important and your actionable recommendations and powerful takeaways were invaluable. Thank you for providing BOTH insightful innovative content AND tangible ways to meaningfully implement the ideas shared.”
