“Madeline is a fantastic facilitator and advocate. She has a gift for curating conversation that I’ve not seen in many others. In our particular group, I feel certain everyone left feeling heard, inspired, enlightened, and connected. What more can anyone ask a leader to inspire in those they lead?”
— Kristen Nies Ciraldo

"I've seen firsthand how her management style and attention to detail has improved the teams she's worked with, and I'm fortunate she's always so willing to share experience, knowledge and opinions what what makes a great leader.”

Because your personal hardship is not a handicap. It’s a piece of the puzzle, necessary for big picture thinking, business creativity, and the righting of systemic wrongs. Madeline’s work asserts that the people best equipped to fix what’s broken in society are those who’ve seen and experienced its wounds up close.

In a world where vapid, professional posturing is the sheep’s skin of destructive forces, it’s time to model an upgrade to the business-as-usual visage. One with break-neck honesty and tactical know-how that ensures viability for our businesses and vitality for a healthy, inclusive world.

Let’s collaborate to ensure a transformative experience.
