A diversity, equity and inclusion consultant, Michael Rolph brings empathy and innovation to DEI training, coaching and advising. Together in partnership with fellow equity and inclusion stakeholders, he reimagines the ways we do training, executive coaching, mentorship and leadership development. As a Partner with the New Sincerity agency, Michael works alongside leaders in DEI, HR and ERG’s to create and deliver training experiences that reduce suffering and bring measurable change. Simply put, he connects people.

Michael has a 20+ year career in tech, including Executive and Founder roles at CampusEngine, Jel and Wheel Media. He led internal and public-facing DEI projects and initiatives as the CMO at the cybersecurity startup New Context, and as the Director of Marketing and Communications at the nonprofit Grace Cathedral.

Michael studied Sociology and Black Studies at UC Santa Barbara, followed by graduate work with a dual specialization in clinical and career counseling. He has advised thousands of students and corporate recruiting partners while working in career development at UC Davis, where he earned his NCORE multicultural counseling certification.
