Consulting

In 10 weeks, 14 weeks or 18 weeks, I establish mindfulness program within workplaces.

“Our organization wants to thank Minnassa Gabon for providing some of the most accessible, affirming, and relevant programming around mindfulness for the LGBTQ+ community. Over 6 sessions at our humble community center, Minnassa lead community members and staff through thoughtful and powerful presentations around gratitude, affirmation, meditation, and exercise. We all left each Wednesday evening with tangible insights into how we hold stress, learned gentle and compassionate ways of undoing that stress, and practiced cultivating self-energy through the principles of Minnassa’s GAME strategy. Minnassa more than embodies cultural humility, LGBTQ+ informed care, and the compassion that we look for in all of our facilitators and presenters. We feel so inspired by her and can’t wait to expand on the foundations she helped us lay.”
—Anu Iyer, Volunteer Coordinator & Community Manager

“My team and I want to thank you for the amazing job you did during our annual retreat last year. The techniques and methods for shared relative to wellness, mindfulness and self-care really helped many in our group start practices that have helped immensely with their development of better “work-life balance” routines. Your approach is genuine and speaks to people at various levels and on multiple life paths. We welcome the opportunity to have you facilitate another session with our team. Thanks again for everything you shared with us.”
—Mary E. Hamlett, Vice President, Family Programs-MIFA

“As the host of a weekly radio podcast, my goal is to identify engaging and informative speakers and Minnassa definitely fits that description. She was a guest on Faithfully Memphis as part of our community engagement for Mental Health Awareness Month. She shared helpful information about the signs and causes of mental health issues as well as practical suggestions for ways we can reduce stress in our everyday lives. Her relaxed, conversational style allows her to discuss difficult issues in ways that don’t make people defensive. She is a wealth of information and appeals to a broad constituency.”
—Rev. Phoebe A. Roaf, Bishop, Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee
