Redefining Gender in the Workplace and Beyond
This session is not about liking or loving gender differentness; it’s about becoming aware of it, recognizing it, and respecting it in the workplace and beyond. In this workshop, we demystify the gender spectrum, consider assumptions we make unintentionally about the non-binary world, and the ways in which we can ensure all humans feel welcome as they are. Attendees will be a part of this workshop where the gender spectrum is normalized and hopefully will share that message at work and beyond.
