Whitney Kenter is known for her unbounded visionary creativity, audacity to dream big, and ability to corral energy to unlock value and potential in people and businesses. With more than two decades of experience in business advisory, financial services, and executive leadership, she has held the roles of CEO, managing member, and board member.
Through her years in financial services, Whitney championed the importance of thoughtful culture, vision, values, and communication in families. She helped develop and grow Matter Family Office, an industry-leading wealth management firm, to integrate this new way of supporting families with the traditional technical aspects of a family office. She is known throughout the industry as a thought leader and expert on family culture, communication, and intergenerational relationships.
At the same time, Whitney was in the midst of a personal transformation, and an increasing pull to step away from the systems and beliefs she had grown up in as a leader. In 2020, she founded Glowe Connective, a visionary consulting firm to combine strategic business coaching with support for leaders on their own journey of healing and self-awareness. Whitney’s vision for Glowe is to serve as a leader in the shift toward a new era where companies are built to elevate feminine energy and support the global awakening of people who view work as part of a purpose-led, fulfilling, and joyful life.
She is grateful to have learned from and built relationships with experts and teachers in these fields who helped encourage and support her on her path and validated her “inner knowing” and desire to create a movement of people and businesses gloweing.
