Consulting

She brings more than 20 years experience leading global marketing, comms, media relations, branding, DEI and organizational change to the way she consults for individuals and organizations.

“Meeting Erin changed the way I engage on some of the most important issues of our time. Over 20 years in marketing and I’ve never met someone more informed, more connected, more passionate and more willing to be BOLD. She will continue to have deep impact across a number of industries. She also knows everyone… because so many leaders use her as a not-so-secret weapon to drive real change. If you are lucky enough to get into her orbit, stay there. You will learn, you will grow, you will be a better leader, you will be a better human.”
– Melissa Hobley, Global CMO, Tinder

“Erin understands the complexity and nuances of challenging centuries-old systems. And she doesn’t shy away from what’s uncomfortable. I value her counsel and compassion as we continue to work towards a more equitable world.”
– Jessica (Kimbrough) Muench, Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, United Airlines

“Erin’s deep wellspring of experience and no-nonsense approach consistently unearths meaningful solutions, typically hiding in plain sight. And because she’s uniquely stakeholder-focused, she helps organizations serious about intersectional gender equity find new meaning in the collective work.”
– Ellen McGirt, Senior Editor, Fortune / Founder, Sweet Equity Media

“Erin stands for Equity, Resilience, Inclusion and Nature (as in force of Nature). She’s a visionary who can make the dream a reality. She has fiercely fought for the civil rights of women and marginalized groups. Ella is her life’s work to break the chains of patriarchal rule, so we can become the marvelous human beings that Mother Nature intended.”
– Justin Zhu, Co-Organizer of Stand w/ Asian Americans / Co-Founder + former CEO, Iterable

"Erin takes DEI strategy and principles and turns them into tangible acts of care and corporate equity. She brings brilliant pragmatism to everything she does and her passion for intersectional gender equity is a force to be reckoned with."
