Project Management

We offer project management support for companies to implement the Gender IDEAL roadmap to advance their gender equity performance.

“The Gender IDEAL Benchmark Report helped us identify areas where we are outperforming peer companies and also find those areas where we have room for improvement. We are in the process of developing a strategic plan to integrate the report recommendations into our EDI company roadmap and found the specific actions helpful in knowing exactly what areas we should be focusing on.”
