Liberated Leadership for a Polarized World
In this program, we learn how to harness the tension of polarities to guide us into our inner work, removing ourselves from systemic victimization at the individual level, ultimately allowing us to lead the way out of systemic oppression. This process unlocks pathways to deepening trust and empathy across diverse identities in team collaboration, cultivating workplace cultures that have the capacity to access unrivaled creative advantages.

“All too often, the bonds fueling people’s hatred towards each are more robust than those between people who love each other. That’s why we need to learn from people who manage to move beyond hate and start working for change. Gareth’s book and related videos give us an intimate and inspiring view of what bridge building is like so we can be champions of change in our communities.”
– Peter Arvai, Executive Chair & Co-founder at Prezi

“A foundational trust that drives open and productive conversations is essential for developing authentic and enduring relationships. Gareth and her team at Let’s See Labs foster these types of conversations and explore the relevant issues and ideas that are generated through introspective and intersectional dialogue. The comprehensive stories in this book and the accompanying workshops look intimately and systematically at the needs of a diverse world and offer experiences that allow both individuals and teams to benefit through self-awareness, compassion, and enlightened leadership.”
– Raj Narayan, Associate Director and Professor of the Practice of Entrepreneurship, Kenan Institute for Engineering, Technology & Science at NC State University.

"It was only after I began to step into the courage of developing a healthy and loving relationship with my own demons that I was able to recognize that 'you' are not my enemy. I appreciate how Gareth and Let's See Labs give the world creative and safe spaces to find that courage together."

An expert on emotional intelligence and empathy, Gareth Gwyn is a visionary speaker and dynamic workshop facilitator.

She is the founder of Let’s See Labs, a think tank that is the leading advocate for the radical notion that polarity is a creative engine in organizations. There is a recognition that our differences in identity are highly compatible, and can be a source of connection rather than conflict. The Labs’ generative methodology uses storytelling, authentic relating, and inductive growth work to create teams that have been liberated to use polarities as a strategy to unleash unrivaled creative advantages.

Gareth is also the author of “You Are Us: How to Build Bridges in a Polarized World.” The 13 stories in the book are from the perspective of 13 people who are radically different but are also unified by having done the work of inner reckoning with their trauma, pain, and socialized identity. Through the vulnerable illumination of each story, we learn how inner work translates into liberated leadership that serves the community, workplace, and ultimately societal transformation. We are also invited into a self-inquiry process, as an opportunity to illuminate our own unconscious patterns in the contexts of societal identities, and to catalyze our generative leadership potential in an increasingly polarized world.

Let’s collaborate to ensure a transformative experience.
