“As every year, in Shell in Poland, we celebrate International Coming Out Day. This year, Magda was our special guest speaker delivering virtual session on Transgender: myths & facts. Magda’s amazing energy and openness to share her personal story is truly remarkable, educational and inspiring to learn more how to be sensitive, respectful and inclusive to transgender persons. As Magda said: “we are all learning to be inclusive” and listening how Magda has approached to the engagement session with approximately 160 participants joining virtual session was unique experience.
Magda designed the session in a very comprehensive way, mixing her personal story and inclusive tips on supporting trans employees in the workplace. The session was deliver in English and the way how Magda created human connections encouraged participants to ask questions to learn and understand transgender issues. Thank you Magda for sharing with us your personal story and help us to expand our knowledge and inclusive behaviours to Transgender persons.”
