Shifting From A Toxic Culture To An Irresistible Workplace

Although no one desires to acknowledge the presence of any of what MIT Sloan has labeled the ‘5 Toxic Traits’ of a Toxic Organizational Culture, independent surveys and even the Surgeon General have highlighted that workplaces can have detrimental effects on individuals’ well-being. This presentation encourages participants to examine the five characteristics of a Toxic Culture and discover how leaders can intervene to mitigate harm and implement restorative strategies that promote workplace well-being, equity, and inclusion.

Disrupt Your DEI™: Developing DEI With The Six P’s

This talk offers an invitation to rethink and reshape the conventional approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) by introducing Chrysta’s innovative leadership approach called “The Six P Framework.” Participants will explore how to lead DEI using each of the Six P’s, including the importance of crafting a purpose for DEI as well as identifying the behaviors and core competencies that are required to lead DEI and sustain culture change transformations.

A Taste of The Recipe For Transformation

Participants will gain insights into the 3-Pillar “Recipe for Transformation” Coaching and Consulting Framework that guides Wilson and Associates in their organizational culture change efforts. This interdisciplinary approach, encompassing organizational psychology, leadership development, change management, DEI, and strategic planning best practices, will equip attendees with the knowledge to lead organization-wide culture change campaigns that foster healthier, more equitable, and inclusive workplaces that retain diverse talent.

You Belong: YOU are the Secret Ingredient That’s Needed

Dominant culture has a way of fostering “imposter syndrome” within leaders with historically marginalized and under-recognized identities. After years of leadership development training and coaching, Chrysta provides three ways for leaders to mine their life experiences to build their confidence and find their unique voice and leadership style.

Coaching

As an ICF-certified coach in “Coaching for Transformation”, I coach high-performing leaders to bring more joy and balance into their lives so they can become more connected to their purpose. My coaching is rooted in a liberation (anti-oppression) stance from which I help leaders build self-awareness about where they are so we can co-create a plan to get to where they want to be.
