Workshops, Consulting & Coaching
We offer a variety of seminars for our clients to partake in throughout the year on various topics. Announcements regarding our programming are made available on our Events page.
In addition to our scheduled programming, we also offer customized seminars for clients interested in more specific areas related to racial inequity, such as: racial inequities in education, corporate work environments, faith-based organizations or local structures such as city-level government.
Consultation work is meant to build upon the progress made during CCAR to launch professional and organizational change.
This service provides us the opportunity to navigate any predictable and emerging resistance alongside you, while redesigning practices and policies to create a more racially equitable, diverse and inclusive space for your company or organization.
This service is also available on a case-by-case basis to clients who may be seeking help with unique situations that require more nuance.
This service is ideal for entities that are trying to navigate through a current, internal issue or concern within their organization. Courageous Conversation® serves as their partner in helping to identify standards for equitable solutions as well as existing areas of interrogation that they may not have considered.
Structure of this service is highly dependent on the unique circumstance of the client. Frequency of coaching sessions and expected goals are developed in collaboration with each client at the start of the coaching relationship.
“The impact of the training is of such magnitude that we have to prioritize the importance of the city providing access and support to expand the training across the Austin community.”
