Popular Talks

I speak on love and connection, leadership, and issues related to diversity and inclusion. I share stories, thoughts, and experiences based on my upbringing and my mother’s influence with honesty, authenticity, and vulnerability. My goal is to challenge and captivate my audience in a way that forces them to take pause and listen from the heart, something we need more of if we want to make the world a better place.

Lean into L.O.V.E.
Allows participants to discover how we LISTEN to each other and how our “inner” voice guides (or derails) us. LEARN to connect with one another authentically, from the heart rather than through the skin (or our differences). The result: improve communication, authentic connection between team members, and increased trust between leadership and team members.
