Natalia Eileen Villarmán is the Founder and CEO of Seen@Work, a boutique diversity and inclusion consulting firm that specializes in strategic planning and implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) work, providing resources to companies in all industries across the globe.

Advocating for Anti-Racist Practices in Your Workplace
Offers frameworks for further understanding racism and anti-racism. It will provide space and guidance for brainstorming, and it will explore some of the common challenges associated with integrating anti-racist practices into your workplace along with approaches and practical tips to help you overcome those challenges.
Building Inclusive Leadership into Your Management Practice
Serves to offer specific, actionable tools that formal and informal leaders can add to their leadership toolkit. It considers the various contexts within a workplace including meetings, management relationships, and peer relationships and provides strategies those leaders can implement right away.
Addressing Unconscious Bias in Your Organization
Leverages years of well-documented research to help participants define, uncover, and address unconscious bias in its many forms. It will explore the connections between and implications of unconscious bias and other concepts such as stereotypes, microaggressions, and intersectionality. It will offer participants helpful tools, language, and practices as it reinforces the ways in which no one is immune to unconscious bias.

Natalia speaks about topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion including topics such as unconscious bias and microaggressions, social justice, and identity. The content of these topics center around the relation between these ideas and how they manifest within an organization. Audience members will learn how to discuss these topics in a manner that is productive, leading to a more inclusive, more psychologically safe team and company culture.
The Seen@Work team of Consultants and Associates work to deliver short-term projects related to building and supporting Employee Resource Groups, Diversity Recruitment Campaigns, Equitable Hiring Practices, D&I People Analytics Dashboards, Mentorship and Sponsorship Programs, D&I Score Cards and Performance Metrics, Chief Diversity Officer Searches, Unconscious Bias Training, and Inclusive Leadership Training.
Race, Privilege and Identity in Your Work and Workplace: This workshop will help participants identify key aspects of their identity, determine in which ways they may be privileged or disadvantaged, explore their racial identity and how it interacts with racial privilege in the United States, and analyze how all of this impacts the workplace.

Natalia (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Seen@Work.
As Founder and CEO of Seen@Work, a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm, Natalia Eileen leverages the team she manages to support her clients with all their DEI needs. She develops and facilitates workshops, coaches senior leaders, and builds DEI initiatives related to employee resource groups, executive scorecards, inclusion councils, taskforces, diversity reporting, metrics planning, and more.
Prior to founding Seen@Work, Natalia worked as a diversity and inclusion strategist and human capital consultant for over seven years through organizations including Deloitte, Facebook, and Teach For America. Natalia graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School with an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness with an emphasis in Inclusion in the Workplace and from New York University with a BA in History, which included courses in critical race theory and oppressive political structures.
